Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in no refund of the service deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
Emergency situations are understood—please communicate as soon as possible.
